Roman Waterworks Route
About this activity
This difficult hike starts in Berg en Dal and ends at the Hunnerberg in Nijmegen. The route goes through the Kerstendal in Water Meerwijk and via the Louisedal to the Museum Oriëntalis. where a short break is held here in the Roman inn. We continue the route through the Mariënbosch and end at the site of the former “Castra” (army place) of the Roman Xth Legion.

Make a reservation
Every first Saturday in the months of March to October 2020. The walk will only take place after registration via aanmeldenrwr@gildenijmegen.nl. You can also request the walk on the day and time that suits you best.
